The San Diego Rep does full justice to Anne Ziegler's two character drama about an alleged rape. Tom Anthony and Amber Cohen, both freshmen at Princeton, stand before a Title IX panel and tell their stories. The real panel, in this case, is the audience at the Rep, and they will encounter one complication after another. The Rep's sleek, minimalist, outstanding production, directed by Jeseca Prudencio, is riveting and, surprisingly, also often funny, since both Tom (DeLeon Dallas) and Amber (Emily Shain) are likeable people about to have their lives changed forever.Critic's Pick.
