Shana Wride is giving a first-class performance in Lisa Kron's solo show. Wride plays Kron giving a slide show about her father. She chronicles two events: when their family used to drive to Cedar Point Amusement Park ("The Rollercoaster Captital of the World"); and a trip she and her father took to the Auschwitz concentration camp. She never tries to unite the two. Instead, the contrasting perspectives account for much more than mere narration could. The piece demands sweeping emotional shifts.
