Free Community Wellness Class
Join Jan Cesario, Certified Life Coach and stress reduction expert with more than 40 years of experience, as she leads the first session of the Free Community Wellness Class Series. The session, designed to help attendees navigate stress and live more fulfilling lives, will cover how to break free from stress and focus on key aspects of life, like health, relationships, and happiness. During the interactive session, Jan will share practical tools to help attendees reduce stress and improve their overall well-being.
The Free Community Wellness Class Series, aimed to empower individuals to take charge of their own health, will include monthly programs designed to provide holistic health and wellness education to the San Diego community. Each session, led by a new expert each time, will take place on the third Tuesday of every month and feature insights spanning a wide range of health topics. The classes are free to the public and will include discussions, hands-on activities, and Q&A segments that ensure it's a personalized and enriching experience for all attendees.
