The Center Chorale, combined with full symphony orchestra, guests Pacific Coast Chorale,
and soloists, will perform Ode to Joy, from Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony in celebration of
the Two Hundredth Anniversary of this great work. "This kiss is for the whole world" translated from the Ninth, moves us today as we listen to the interplay between the instruments and the chorus. Also programmed will be works by Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, and Faure.
