San Diego Food + Wine Festival: Executive Chef Cameron Ingle and Chef Matt Vawter join forces to craft a collaboration a la carte menu. Matt Vawter is head chef and owner of Rootstalk in Breckenridge, Colorado, and the winner of James Beard Foundation’s 2024 Best Chef: Mountain.
This dinner will be paired with wines curated by Marisi’s sommelier, Chris Plaia, alongside guest Ray Isle, Executive Wine Editor for Food and Wine Magazine and author of The World in a Wineglass.
