2024 NWEAMO Festival: Melody, Magic, Song and Strife
Day 2:
Exclusive public viewing of The Magic Hummingbird – El Colibrí Mágico, a modern retelling of Saint Francis set on the San Diego/Tijuana border. The story follows three San Diego rock musicians transformed by plant spirits, joining Central American refugees on a magical journey. The music, inspired by Gershwin and Bernstein, echoes the fantastical elements akin to Harry Potter.
Admission: A $20 suggested donation at all events.
