Weekends with Locals will be hosting Jo Eager, author of Healthy by Choice, Not by Chance: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually.
After decades of broadcasting news and traffic in San Diego County, Jo recently released her book. In addition to tips on keeping your body, mind, and spirit healthy, the book offers inspiration and personal growth. In her book, she shares some of her stories and challenges, including the encounter with a rattlesnake at Mission Trails and the crash landing at Gillespie Field.
