The 45th season of the free History Alive lecture series kicks off when Jack Doherty, an eyewitness to history, describes how Lemon Grove became California's 414th city after years of struggle. At 28 he served twice on the city council. The series is suitable for ages 16 and over. Handicapped accessible (no motorized wheelchairs).
