Free evening features music from Rising Star Band, games, and a spooky bouncy castle for the kids. Food will be on sale from famed Tijuana eatery Tortas WashMobile by Chef Pedro Fuentes. A limited-edition Halloween beer will also be available for purchase. 5% of all beverage sales donated to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Southern California.
