Feel the Spirit, under the direction of Dr. John-Luke Addison, features arrangements and settings by John Rutter of seven African-American Spirituals.
The performance will feature the cycle of Spirituals for mezzo-soprano solo, mixed choir, and chamber ensemble. The anthology includes “Steal Away,” "I Got a Robe,” and "When the Saints Go Marching In.”
