Founding Conductor Daniel Ratelle returns to lead the New City Sinfonia in a free program with Robert Schumann’s engaging “Overture, Scherzo and Finale,” Mozart’s Symphony No. 36 (the “Linz”), Mendelssohn’s magically colorful “Overture to ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream,’” and a new composition, “Cadence Everlasting,” by Rossano Galante.
