You are invited to a public tribute to the memory of two local boys, Jonathan Sellers and Charlie Keever, who enjoyed the outdoors, and who lost their lives tragically in the Otay River Valley on March 27, 1993. This joyful occasion focuses on the effervescence of childhood and importance of creating safe public spaces for youth. Music and food will be provided during this free, public memorial.
