Our Healing Hour combines tips and insights into structural and energetic bodies. The session includes gentle body movements lead by Chiropractor Helaine Shpritz , Reiki, guided meditation, tuning forks, sound healing, pure essential oils, Bach Remedies, and heart-centered sharing. All guests leave with a specially curated gift to continue the healing at home. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and an eye mask.
