To celebrate CPR & AED awareness week, Express Mobile BLS will be offering a free education seminar at the Memorial Park Bowl in Chula Vista . Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate and learn the importance of being trained in CPR and AED use. Demonstrations will be conducted using mannequins and educational information will be distributed. Registration for CPR certification classes will be available on site for anyone 13 years and over. Healthy snacks and CPR mask keychains will be handed out.
