Join members from the San Diego Astronomy Association at the West Sycamore Staging Area to view the nighttime sky through telescopes. It will be a dark night at West Sycamore, perfect for the Great Nebula in Orion. Jupiter will be prominent, and Mars may still be worth a look. Ask to see the Pleiades Cluster, also known as the Seven Sisters or Subaru. Rain or cloudy skies cancel event. Sunset 5:10 pm. Viewing Begins at Dusk. Where: End of Stonebridge Parkway, Scripps Ranch 17160 Stonebridge Parkway. The entrance to West Sycamore is at the very east end of Stonebridge Parkway. Starts at dusk.
