Second Chance Community Day is an opportunity for individuals, families, and friends to come together and learn about the products and resources offered by local businesses and organizations, including information and access to health and wellness resources. The event will feature live music from DJ Noel, bites from the Dreams for Change Food Truck, fresh produce for purchase, local vendors from Southeast San Diego and crafts for the little ones.
