Carmel Mountain Medicinal Plant Hike

Join anthropologist Will Bowen for a gentle hike and learn the common, scientific, Spanish, and Kumeyaay names for the plants of Carmel Mtn. Preserve. Find out how they were used. We will also check the vernal pools for tadpoles and fairy shrimp. Meet at the trailhead at Fairport Way and Shorepointe Way next to Ocean Air Park in Carmel Valley.
