Each Healing Circle is focused around a theme and combines tips and insights into structural and energetic bodies. The session includes gentle body movements lead by Chiropractor Helaine Shpritz, Reiki, guided meditation, tuning forks, sound healing, pure essential oils, Bach Remedies, and heart-centered sharing.
