Mrs. Harris Goes To Paris (2022. 115 minutes. PG): Lesley Manville headlines this whimsical, effervescent frock fantasy. A plucky housekeeper (Manville) treks to the chic halls of haute-couture to realize her dream of owning a Dior gown. Co-starring Isabelle Huppert and Jason Isaacs. Director Anthony Fabian based this film on the 1958 novel “Mrs. ‘Arris Goes To Paris” written by Paul Gallico. Film Forum Coronado is held in the Winn Room at the Coronado Public Library, twice a month, with a brief introduction before the film and a discussion afterward, led by Ralph DeLauro. This program is presented by the Coronado Public Library and the Coronado Island Film Festival.
