Come join us in planting native plants at El Monte Preserve! We are restoring cactus scrub, a form of coastal sage scrub, at the El Monte Preserve. Cactus scrub is an important habitat for local species and has been lost due to development and wildfires. By restoring native cactus scrub, we are creating habitat for the Coastal Cactus Wren as well as a suite of other species. Your help makes our work possible! All equipment is provided.
