Under the direction of Vince Hernandez since 2002, North County Winds performs works of classical, jazz, and popular music. Presented by the Ramona Concert Association, NCW's concert includes classical and jazz selections, suites from Harry Potter, Snow White, Aladdin, and highlights from Eric Clapton and Earth Wind and Fire.
