Hike to the summit of Twin Peaks in Poway to enjoy a rewarding view followed by a relaxing Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Twin Peaks in Poway is a lightly trafficked and relatively unknown hike that is steep, exciting, and offers wonderful 360 degree views from the summit(s). Afterwards, grab yoga mats and meet on the grass at Silverset Park to enjoy a Vinyasa Flow with Maria followed by a relaxing sound bath ceremony.
