Sutton James has recently embarked on his first official solo endeavor. The singer/songwriter released his debut solo album, High Country Hiatus in May 2018. After an 18 month coast-to-coast tour supporting it’s release, he has moved back to his home of San Diego, CA. Sutton is known for fronting groups including The Wagon, Help I'm Alive, Stallion and most recently, The 3-time San Diego Music Awards nominated, Neighbors To The North. Even though his most recent efforts fit quite nicely within the indie-folk/alt-country genres, the spirit of rock n' roll will always be alive and well in his songwriting, as well as his engagingly energetic live shows.
