Tap into your creativity and express yourself freely during this month’s Sacred Sunday Workshop. Join Jasmine as she leads you through a series of beginner-friendly yoga poses that will help to activate the throat chakra (center for expression). All levels welcome and all creative expression supplies will be provided. Bring your own journals, writing utensils, and markers.
