Uptown Planners is the official City-recognized community planning group to advise on land use issues in Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, Middletown, Mission Hills, Medical Complex, and University Heights. Whether you're a renter or home or business owner, you're eligible to vote, and this year the election is being at different times and place over three days.
