City Heights Festival of Love is back, and free for the whole family. A multicultural resource fair and performance expo with circus, ethnic dance groups, drumming lesson, maskmaking, giant puppet and drum parade, and a kids zone with jumpies. Food vendors. A vaccination station with onsite sign up will be available.
