Executive Chef Marty Fay, a protégé of renown local chef Christine Rivera, presents a six-course menu with wine pairings from resident Advanced Sommelier Evan Vallee, who is one of only 10 Advanced Sommeliers in San Diego. The menu for the intimate evening includes Oyster Duo, Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Fromage Blanc Agnolotti, Mary Duck Breast, Lamb Sausage and Chop, and French Cheesecake.
