Agave Dinner Series
Curated and led by certified Catador Chris Simmons, the Agave Dinner Series is a collection of seaside pairing dinners that explore the diverse range of spirits crafted from the agave plant. The series continues with Don Fulano Tequila and a wanderlust-inducing five-course dinner by VAGA Chef de Cuisine Mark Enciso. Sip, savor and sway to live music – all on the open-air Oceana Terrance Overlooking the Pacific. Tickets include welcome cocktails, a five-course dinner and tequila pairings. Take-home bottles will be available. Must be 21+ to attend. One of the last family-owned tequilas naturally produced from ground to bottle, Don Fulano is made by fifth-generation agave farmers in Jalisco, Mexico. Estate grown and bottled, their tequila is crafted from just three ingredients – hand-picked mature agave, proprietary yeast and natural volcanic spring water – that comes to rest in used wine casks of European oak.
