Entrees: Maple Butter Herbed Roasted Turkey with garlic mashed potato, green bean almandine, herb and wild mushrooms vegetable stuffing, citrus cranberry sauce and sage giblets gravy; Grilled Ribeye Steak with potato medley, grilled asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled cipollini onions and Bordelaise sauce; Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon with spiced Delicata squash, sautéed carrots, roasted pearl onions, turnips, fennel puree and pickled green grapes; or Butternut Squash Ravioli with herb ricotta, parmesan cheese, pepitas, pickled cauliflower, wild mushrooms and sage cream. For Sweetness, the offer is Apple Tart with dulce de lèche ice cream; Chocolate Brownie with mascarpone citrus crema and açai sorbet; or Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon Chantilly cream and vanilla bean ice cream.
