Performers include NE1, FreeMartin, Puttin' On the Fritz, Sunrise Highway, and Bart Mendoza (The Shambles, Manual Scan). The event includes live art demonstrations and a raffle for a chance to appear in an Overhead in San Diego comic strip and own the original artwork from that strip, with proceeds going to a local no-kill animal shelter.
