Scientific Snapshot: 2nd for Mexico's Marine Wildlife

The San Diego chapter of the American Cetacean Society is hosting their free monthly Speaker Series (virtually). Ricky Rebolledo's will be presenting on the Centro de Rescate in La Paz, Baja California Sur, which is a rescue center devoted to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of stranded, injured, sick and entangled marine wildlife. This uniquely situated program aids both the Pacific Coast of Baja California and the Gulf of California, and all of Mexico. The majority of animals brought to the rehabilitation center are California sea lions, seals, endangered Guadalupe fur seals, and sea turtles, and the occasional dolphin.
