UC San Diego Changemaker Week
Join UC San Diego in celebrating the third annual Changemaker Week. The community is invited to participate in an array of free workshops and online activities centered on public and community service, social innovation, research, social justice and more. This weeklong virtual event series features online activities centered on learning the skills and taking the steps needed to change the world for the better. All events will be held virtually this year in alignment with UC San Diego’s comprehensive COVID-19 safety guidelines. The event lineup features over 30 online activities including a talk on the global ethics of climate change with climate scientist Veerabhadran Ramanathan, a panel discussion with local Black-owned business owners and a book club discussion of Ibram X.
