NYE Three-Course Elegant Dinner
Enjoy a festive, gourmet New Year’s Eve three-course repast for guests to savor before they welcome in 2022. Chef José Esparza’s special holiday menu offers choices for Course One of Oysters Rockefeller, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. Course Two selections are French Onion Soup; Poached Pear Salad Baby with Point Reyes cheese, cinnamon dusted almond, dried apricots and champagne vinaigrette; or Caesar Salad. Decadent and delicious Entrees include Petit Filet Oscar with lump crab, confit potato, asparagus, cipollini and béarnaise sauce; Duck a l’Orange accompanied by salsify mousseline, baby beets, orange gastrique and petit greens; Lobster Thermidor with stuffed Canadian lobster tails, green bean almandine and baby field greens; or Scallops & Cacio e Pepe on bucatini pasta. To end this lovely meal, Pineapple Upside Down, Chocolate Mousse or Crème Brûlée with berries. Reservations are required.
