Health & Peace of Mind with Self-Hypnosis
In this one-hour workshop Elena Mosaner will teach participants the basics of self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques to improve and sustain good health, and learn to stay peaceful and present. The techniques are especially great to help reduce stress and fears associated with the recent COVID 19 events and changes in our society. The participants will learn: Recent science behind hypnosis and what happens in the hypnotized brain The difference and similarities between meditation and self-hypnosis Three self-hypnosis relaxation techniques to help reduce stress elicit and relaxation response How to design powerful self-hypnosis affirmations to make change happen in one’s attitude and behavior Mosaner will use examples of her clients’ case studies and how hypnosis has helped them improve health and modify behavior with hypnosis process. Participates will also experience a 15-minute group self-hypnosis guided session for well-being and inner peace. Mosaner is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified professional coach, NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) Certified Hypnotherapist and book author. She holds a bachelor of science degree in creative writing and film as well as a master of science degree in executive coaching and organizational behavior. Free, registration required.
