Campanile Music Festival
Campanile Music Festival returns to SDSU with guest artists Ariana Kim, violin professor at Cornell University, Danny Kim, violist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Jennifer Kloetzel, cello professor at the University of California Santa Barbara. Starting March 10th, there will be numerous free events including masterclasses, open rehearsals, conversations with the artists on the SDSU campus, open and free to the public. The festival concludes with a performance on March 13th at the historic Scripps Cottage featuring the three guest artists and violin lecturer and San Diego Symphony musician Pei-Chun Tsai. For the first time this festival week includes bluegrass jam session led by Ariana Kim. Since its inception in 2016, Campanile Music Festival continues to expand on its mission to serve SDSU students and the community with an emphasis on education and the benefit of experiencing close collaboration with successful professional musicians.
