Art of Elan and the San Diego Museum of Art partner to create this unique one-hour concert in the Museum’s galleries where music and art unite. Experience the excitement of classical music inspired by artist Manierre Dawson’s painting “Observation.” Taking inspiration from the avant-garde musings of an American pioneer of Modern Art, this program will fill Gallery 16 with rhapsodic sounds. Observations is part of Art of Elan’s Season 13, “Hear & Now,” focusing on contemporary culture and the importance of cultural context in uniting an increasingly diverse, complex, and changing world.
