Become a Conservation Team Leader
Take on a leadership role in San Diego Audubon's Conservation Program by helping run our habitat restoration events. Learn more about habitat restoration and conservation in Mission Bay, native and invasive plants of San Diego, and the endangered California Least Tern. Training will take place on January 25. Volunteers then commit to helping at five of the twelve restoration events throughout the restoration season (Saturdays and Sundays, from January through April). No experience is necessary, we are mainly looking for enthusiastic volunteers looking to gain more experience with hands-on conservation. For more information and to apply, visit online. Send completed applications to Megan Flaherty, Restoration Program Manager, at [email protected] or (858) 273-7800 x106. Applications for 2020 are due by January 23rd.
