Gold Medal Wine Celebration Dinner
Gianni Buonomo Vintners just returned home from the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition with two gold medals. Join winemaker Keith Rolle for a celebration of these gold medal winners: 2015 Barbera and 2015 Avennio. Chef Max Farina is creating a 3-course dinner to pair with these exquisite wines. This dinner includes a glass of either of these Gold Medal wines. Bottles of both of these wines will be specially priced for this celebration night only. Menu: Caponata con Burrata Traditional caponata(sweet and sour): eggplant, tomatoes sauce, kalamata olives, capers, onions with burrata cheese. Polenta e Maiale Soft polenta with sausage ragu' and pork meat. (Ask for vegetarian option) Cassata Siciliana A traditional Sicilian Cake with ricotta cream, chocolate chips, marzipan.
