The Vineyard Rose Three Course Valentine's Dinner
Enjoy a celebratory three course Valentine’s Day dinner prepared by Chef José Esparza and his culinary team. The setting is an elegant award-winning Tuscan-inspired dining room with Temecula vineyard views from its terrace. The romance begins with a welcome glass of bubbles, and throughout the dinner guests can sip award-winning wines from South Coast and Carter Estate wineries available by the glass and the bottle. For starters, the choice is Heirloom Caprese Salad with balsamic caviar or Potato Leek Soup. Valentine’s guests are then offered a selection of entrées, either: Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted baby gems, asparagus, charred tomato and red wine reduction; Seared Day Boat Scallops with roasted cauliflower, pommes puree, English peas, radish and saffron beurre blanc; Duck “Coq au Vin” served with creamy polenta, wild mushrooms, baby carrots and cipollini; or Pasta Athena with linguini, kalamata olives, herb roasted tomato, marinated artichoke and basil. Next, the sweet seduction is Vanilla Champagne Chiffon Roulade created with strawberry mousse, lemon gel, macaron and fresh berries. This special evening is complemented by live music from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. and a special sweet surprise at the end. $150 per couple, $199 with wine pairing, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
