Tony and Maria Caligagan are former Broadway dancers who have been faculty at UC San Diego in Theater and Dance for over 20 years. Their passion and forte in Latin dance has them awarded by San Diego magazine as the "Best of" San Diego for salsa instructors. They have instructed and coached World Salsa and Bachata champions and currently direct the UCSD salsa/bachata teams.
