San Diego's The Lyrical Groove will perform spoken word, hip hop and soul jams before a screening of the film Black Panther. The Lyrical Groove was formed by spoken word artist Kendrick Dial. The group won three San Diego Music Awards for Best Hip Hop/Soul Artist and Album in 2013, 2014, and 2017 respectively. RSVP for free tickets encouraged, but not required. The movie venue is outdoors. Feel free to bring beach chairs and blankets. Ticket does not confirm entry.
