InterContinental San Diego’s renowned signature restaurant, Vistal has just updated their 3-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu by Executive Chef, Amy DiBiase. The expansive menu (fixings included) seamlessly blends Thanksgiving classics with flavors of the Baja California coast with plenty of delights to choose from to satisfy all members of the family. Menu highlights include: Starters: o Half Dozen Oysters (Tangerine Granita, Cucumber, Micro Orchid) o Polenta Carbonara (Soft poached egg, Guanciale, Turkey Cracklings) o Autumn Squash Veloute (Spiced Pepitas, Pickled Currants, Sage) Entrées: o Bourbon-Brined Diestel Turkey (Provencal Stuffing, Blue Lake Green Beans, Whipped Potato, Candied Yams, Cranberry Relish) o Crispy Skin Local Fish (Root vegetable Ragu, Chorizo Nage, Purple Radish) o Parisienne Gnocchi (Mushroom Medley, Brussels Sprouts, Celeriac Soubise, Grana Padano) o Braised Short Rib (Caramelized Onion Rosti, Thumbelina Carrots, Natural Reduction) Desserts: o Pumpkin Cheesecake (Candied Pumpkin Seed, Pomegranate Reduction, Whipped Cream) o Sticky Toffee Pudding (Vanilla Gelato, Bourbon-Toffee Sauce) o Chocolate Tart (Chocolate Ganache, Salted Caramel, Torched Meringue) Pricing: $65 for adults with $35 optional wine pairing and $25 for kids 12 and under.
