The theme for this class is Hair Metal. These vinyasa-style classes are taught by a legit certified yoga instructor who happens to like Sabbath, Pelican, Howl, and Black Breath, but this time we're going to listen to hair metal. Class is appropriate for all levels, includes yoga and a beer beverage afterward. Bring your own mat.
