A yoga workshop for first responders, counselors, nurses, doctors, or other professionals coming in contact with the suffering of others. Learn the signs of trauma-exposure response and return to your body and the "why" of your work in a supportive and nourishing environment. This is an active moving yoga workshop. Bring a yoga mat.
