Just like you, I work in the world and have faced all of the regular ups and downs in life. Nothing special. Fortunately, I also have been a seeker since I can remember and took formal meditation instruction at age 16. On the path I have met others of wisdom who gave their time and love by teaching me. I honor those gestures through meetings with you! I will share techniques in class, where we will explore the mysteries of meditation together. Classes are tailored to the level of those who attend. Students are encouraged to ask questions and develop a meditation practice at their own comfort level.
