The “Macallan Scotch Dinner” is a part of the Marina Kitchen’s Cellar Dinner Series, which for each dinner features a unique theme, an inspired chef-crafted menu, and exquisite sommelier selected wine or beverage pairings. An intimate experience for only 14 culinary enthusiasts, Marina Kitchen’s walk in wine cellar features 330 square feet of space and boasts a bottle capacity of 3,084 total wines. Menu highlights for the “Macallan Scotch Dinner” include: A seafood trio compiled of oyster cooked over coals with smoked bone marrow butter and caviar, house cured king salmon gravlax with pumpernickel and crème fraiche and grilled kona kampachi with charred onion, aguachile, and micro cilantro, paired with Macallan 15 year triple cask and Macallan 18 year.
