If you never made cheese before, this class is perfect for beginner. It is fun and after understanding the basics you might become a passionate cheese maker. You will learn the asics of home made cheese making. We are touching on a bit of the science in cheese making; handling equipment; heating the milk, maintain temperature and draining process and brief ripening / ageing time. During this class we will make a fresh basic French Goat Milk Chevre and sampling Chevre and Bucheron goat cheeses. Everyone goes home with fresh made Chevre cheese. Ripe in 24 hours
