The Shores Restaurant will be extending their special menu through February 3. With an expanded Restaurant Week menu, The Shores Restaurant provides the perfect opportunity for both new guests and regulars to experience the best in seasonal coastal cuisine in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. The Shores Restaurant Week three-course, $30 per person prix fixe meal highlights favorites from the new winter-themed menu, specially crafted by award-winning Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Percy Oani. Select from the options below for each course, including: • Starters: Ahi Tuna Poke, Crisped Brussels Sprouts, Grilled St. Louis Pork Ribs, Baby Iceburg Wedge • Main course: Almond Butterfish, Dynamite Salmon, Angus Short Ribs, Cajun Chicken • Dessert: Signature Banana Split Mudd Pie, Praline Crème Brûlée, Apple Cobbler, Callebaut Chocolate Volcano For an additional $15 per person*, enjoy additional entrée options of Wild Shrimp, Seafood Cioppino, or New York Steak Oscar.
