Experience the transformative healing power of sound to reset and refresh body, mind, and spirit. Hang Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Frame Drum, Flute, Chimes, Tuning Forks and Stringed instruments played by Ryder & Michelle Mackey. Bring any blankets, pillows, yoga mats needed to create a comfortable spot for yourself. A relaxing herbal tea will be provided beforehand.
