Reflect on 2018, let go of everything that no longer serves you and welcome in your Highest Vision for 2019! This 4-day retreat is designed for spiritually-minded adults ages 18-35ish. The New Year’s Retreat is very different from the Summer NextGEN Retreat in that it is primarily in silence. There will be experiential group processes designed to help you process 2018, learn tools to create your highest and best year yet in 2019 and share this experience in your NextGEN community. We will learn different types of meditation, including chanting, singing, walking the labyrinth, counting mala beads, three-breath hug and so much more.
